Studies

I am currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Software Engineering at the International University Foundation of the Rioja, expected to be completed in 2026. This program allows me to deepen my knowledge in advanced software development, technology architecture design, and IT project management. I am gaining specialized skills in agile methodologies, software engineering best practices, and leadership in tech-driven environments. My goal is to build a strong technical and strategic foundation to deliver innovative and efficient solutions for the business sector, optimizing processes and supporting organizational growth.

I continued my studies at the National Unified Corporation of Higher Education (CUN) to obtain a degree in Systems Engineering. The program covers various areas of the technology sector, including data networks, IT security auditing, database administration, applied mathematics, modern algebra, software development, and more. Thanks to the accreditation of prior studies, I completed the degree in two and a half years (the regular duration is five years). This degree has already been recognized by the ZAB (Central Office for Foreign Education in Germany) as equivalent to a level between a Professional and a Master's degree.

The SENA (National Learning Service) is a public Colombian institution where I earned a Technologist degree in Analysis and Development of Information Systems (2-year program). This training focuses on understanding the software development life cycle, from analysis to implementation and testing. During my studies, I gained knowledge in UML modeling, requirements analysis, design using tools such as Balsamiq, StarUML, and WhiteStarUML, basic development in Java, HTML, and CSS, database management with MySQL and SQL Server, software implementation, and technical documentation.
